Your privacy is important to Ōma Cinema (“ŌMA”). We created this Privacy Policy to document our firm commitment to privacy and to handling your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy covers how we collect your Personal Information and how that information, together with any other Personal Information that you provide to us, may be used, disclosed, transferred and stored by us. This includes information collected online through our websites, mobile applications, social media pages, and through our direct marketing campaigns or other online communications (collectively the “Services”). This Privacy Policy should also be read in conjunction with our Cookies Policy and the Terms of Use.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, ŌMA is the data controller of Personal Information collected from you. Please see the Privacy Questions section below for further details.

· Geolocation Data: Data about the location of the device you use to access the Services.
· Commercial Information: Your purchase history and payment information.
· Internet/Electronic Activity: Your IP address, web/app browsing and search history related to our Services, and information regarding your interaction(s) with the Services.
· Visual/Audio Information: Your activity in our theaters.
· Inferences: The inferences that we draw from the above categories of Personal Information and web activity to create a personalized profile so we can better identify goods and services that may be of interest.
We collect the above types of Personal Information from a variety of sources, including from:

· Operating systems and platforms (including video cameras in our theatres)
· From you directly or groups you participate in that organize events at our theatres.
2. How we collect your Personal Information
Personal Information You Provide
You may be asked to provide your Personal Information anytime you are in contact with ŌMA or any member of our group, which means ŌMA and its subsidiaries. ŌMA and any member of our group may share this information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. You are not required to provide the Personal Information that we request, but if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

· If you download and create a personal account through an ŌMA mobile application.
Note that when you use an ŌMA website or app, we or our providers receive and may store information automatically, including IP addresses, browser types, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. Furthermore, if you contact us for any other reason, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Personal Information Collected Automatically
Whenever you visit or interact with the Services, we, as well as any third-party advertisers and/or service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about your online activity. Our Services may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner theatres, distributors, advertisers and affiliates. Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have operations or in which we engage service providers, including Canada and the United States. When you access certain functions of our website or download and create an account for an ŌMA app we will also ask you if you would like to receive information about the products or services of our third party business partners that we think may be of interest to you. We will not send you this information without your consent.

8. How does ŌMA keep your information secure?
We have taken reasonable steps to secure the Personal Information in our control, but no set of security measures is guaranteed to be effective against all threats of unauthorized Personal Information access or use. The steps we have taken include physical, contractual, technical, and managerial safeguards to protect your Personal Information. However, security lies in your hands as well. Neither this website nor any ŌMA app is intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
